you asked for the long version —

Hi, I'm Nikith.
I start things.

Eight years, one agency renamed twice, two live products, one properly buried startup — all before most people's first promotion. I'm from Bangalore, I sell before I design, design before I build, and build before I talk. This page is everything the homepage was too polite to go on about — and every claim on it links to a case file you can check.

The opening move 2018–2022

At seventeen, Ganesh and I walked up to the security gates of Bangalore's apartment complexes and pitched the residents on summer camps — art and dance for the kids, Zumba for their mothers. Most gates said no. Four said yes, and we ran the camps ourselves. At eighteen I found a realtor's post in a Facebook group, followed up for two straight weeks, and won the account: the campaigns and video we made brought in the buyer for a ₹6 Cr flat — and one Raine & Horne franchise became three. Then we branded the family food joint — average kitchen, unignorable posters. Restaurants kept asking who made them, and that question became Rewopme Media, my first company.

The craft years 2022–2024

With Ganesh, the company grew up into Blank & White Studios — a full-stack marketing agency with a real bench I hired, trained, and sometimes lost to bigger paycheques. The work went national: Budweiser and Pernod Ricard campaigns, a Renault dealership retained end to end, and the KMF Nandini sweet boxes I designed now selling at Bangalore airport's T2 and riding in Government of Karnataka gift bags. Namma Power Run grew ~30% a year for three editions — 4,000 runners on the ground, 1.5 million reached online, no ad budget. Underneath it all, a quiet service line: eight client websites built end to end, domain to hosting to email — all eight still live today. In between, an interlude as the only designer among 50+ doctors and engineers at Recoup Health. Then we niched down to what clients kept coming back for, and Blank & White became GetMyCreative.

The turn 2024–2025

AI was eating our industry, so we built the thing doing the eating: the GetMyCreative AI Suite, a creative-execution platform on Gemini, Imagen and Veo. Google took us into their startup programme with $100K in credits; our own paying clients ran real briefs on it. Then three hits in one season — a hacked API key, a ₹8L cloud bill we couldn't absorb, my co-founder down with dengue — and a market that didn't wait. We shut it down properly: clients transitioned, lessons written down, obituary published. And somewhere in those months, the designer came out technical.

The rebuild 2025–now

After the fire, you build twice and make both count. ELTH — a clinic operating system a real Bangalore clinic runs its whole working day on: nine departments, eight staff roles, sixty-plus features, and an infra bill I profiled down by ~1.9 million wasteful reads a day. Ganesh stood up the first frontend; the product, the design and most of the engineering are mine. comeoffline — a paid, phone-free events community with a 100% show rate, on a four-app platform where every line is mine, grown by 71 trackable QR posters stuck on Bangalore's walls. Meanwhile the studio still trades — I built it to run without me, and Ganesh runs it day to day.

The next seat yours?

Eight years taught me every job a startup contains — sales, design, engineering, hiring, collections, support — and what I never had: momentum, capital, and the problems of scale. I have nothing left to prove about starting things. I want to master scaling them, beside the person steering.

Off the clock

(there isn't much of one, but still)

Most weekends I'm hosting comeoffline — the phone-free events community I built. Paid tickets, a box for your phone at the door, and a 100% show rate, which tells you something about what people actually want.

The support inbox for everything I run lands in my own inbox, on purpose. If a clinic's software hiccups on a Tuesday morning, I'm the one who picks up. I like being close enough to the work to feel it.

Bangalore born and based — the auto-rickshaw energy in everything I make is not an accident.

How I work

(the rules I actually follow, not the LinkedIn version)

receipts over decks

Every claim on this page links to a case file — the airport shelf, the work order, the Instagram insights. If I can't prove it, I don't say it.

sell before you build

Summer camps door to door, a realtor over Messenger, ₹499 tickets for phone-free nights. Nothing teaches product like asking a stranger to pay.

end to end or not at all

Sell it, design it, build it, ship it, support it. Handing off halfway is how details die.

ship, then talk

ELTH went from first sketch to running a real clinic in 8 months. The demo is the pitch.

bury failures properly

GetMyCreative AI got a real shutdown — clients transitioned, lessons written down, and a full obituary, not a footnote.

build it to run without you

The studio I started at 17 still ships daily — Ganesh steering, me not in the room. Systems over heroics.

That's the long version.

If any of it sounds like the person your startup is missing — say so.
